Fastnet Marine insure yachtdelivery.co.uk skippers with full liability insurance.

Vessels must be covered for all risks by their own insurance company in order for this liability insurance to apply.

All Yachtdeliveries.co.uk quotes for UK, Ireland and immediate European Waters have a £35 premium included to cover delivery liability insurance.

For passages to and from the Mediterranean, a premium of £85 is included.

Cover for Transatlantic, Madeira, Canaries and further are quoted individually.

Biscay Crossings

Clients should be aware of the requirements of their insurance company. Most will insist on three competent crew onboard, with the delivery skipper holding RYA Yachtmaster Offshore and delivery Skippers´ Indemnity Insurance. Insurance companies will issue only third party cover for the period 31st October – 1st April in the area South of Ushant and North of Finisterre i.e. Biscay.
