A new vessel delivered to the owner at the Halberg Rassey boatyard in Sweden. This was an assisted passage, and I sailed as first mate to the owner.
From Portugal to Gran Canaria via Madeira. Grenada to Bilboa via the Panama Canal. Raratonga in the cook Islands to New Zealand via Tonga and Fiji. A total of 4200 Nautical Miles in four legs.
This Yacht is a superb example of her class and fitted out to the highest standard. Wonder Years is an absolute delight to sail.
I was completely responsible for the Yacht on the last leg down the East coast of New Zealand to our final destination of Auckland.
